| Tiivistelmä: | In order to achieve proper competitivity on dynamic markets we are forced to change and adapt production systems to the new demands.Determination of suitable working methods is a very demanding task.We have to consider numerous different factors of the demands on one and possibilities on the other side.In the article author deals with many new approaches to the organisation of production work.He first describes the needs for changing and flexible production systems.He deals extensively with the characteristics of Toyota production system with its just-in-time production, Kaizen process and then the Lean Production and Total Quality Management.At the end he shortly mentions some other new forms. |
