| Tiivistelmä: | Under the conditions that the prices on the passenger transport market are not strictly controlled by the state, the relatively low prices for railway for a long time not only are unfavorable to the diversion of passenger transport and easing the intense situation of passenger transport but damper the enthusiasm of the railway departments for passenger transport in technological progress and raising service quality. Besides, they are also one of the sources for the events impairing the quality of the railway service. So the principles of cost-guidance, competition-guidance, different price-setting standards and setting prices according to supply-demand relationship must be established. |
