Tiivistelmä:Within the framework of human resources management, a comprehensive set of instruments is introduced to make employees for company success factors, i.e. entrepreneurs. In other words, to win them over and to motivate to higher performance, to reward and renumerate them, and finally, to develop and to care for them. A portfolio matrix of leadership styles is presented. It is shown that shifts in value-orientation demand shifts in leadership. A typical life-cycle of a leadership style is described and analyzed. The most meaningful five leadership principles are briefly reviewed. The particularly prominent role of personnel management in the implementation of the value-oriented leadership is highlighted.
