| Tiivistelmä: | Channel 4 puts the blame on the postal authorities, having the monopoly over cable and antennas, that due to the low-power broadcasting facilities they cannot reach the 400,000 housholds, they theoretically connected with. The postal authorities claim it is not their fault, the public does not seem to be interested in Channel 4's offerings. It was decided that Channel 4 will broadcast from Munich's TV tower starting this fall and they hope to reach 1 million people or more. |
