| Tiivistelmä: | The Finnish Channel 3 is a new network transmitting about two hours in the evenings. They say that HTV (Helsinki Cable TV) tries to play down the new channels popularity but HTV denies it. Channel 3 broadcast feature films and they want to expand transmission time. According to a recent survey as many viewers watched Channel 3 programmes as the national network YLE. |
