| Tiivistelmä: | Holland is one of the 3 European countries /Germany and the U.K./ where compact disc video was introduced last August, and it has proved successful. Philips, Sony and Pioneer are selling CDV players here but refuse to reveal sales figures. Philips' subsidiary PolyGram displayed its CDV catalog of 80 titles at the Firato '88 audio video fair. The catalog features 68 PolyGram acts, and the rest are from EMI and Virgin. 80% is pop music and the rest classical. |
