| Tiivistelmä: | Proceeding from analysis of problems faced by statistical supervision in the transition from the planned economy to the market economy, this paper expounds measures that statistical supervision should adopt under the condition of the market economy. The measures are 1) to strengthen, instead of weakening, the function of statistical supervision; 2) to establish a statistics and combination of various types of ways; and 3) to popularize and use the method of sample survey. |
