| Tiivistelmä: | China still has a long way to complete the development stage of economic structure transformation and resource constraints. The reason of basic industries lagging is not shortage of capital, but higher costs of energy and materials. The permanent solution to the problem is to improve the efficiency. On the investment hand, China must resolve the problems about the transformation of investment mechanism for the optimization of industrial structures. |
