| Tiivistelmä: | The great gap in economy between the eastern and western parts of China is mainly caused by the difference in capital input. So the reform of the financial system in the western part should be speeded up. The main contents for reform are as follows: Financial agencies should be pluralistic. The savings deposit system should be reformed. The capital transaction mechanism should be reformed. The ways of capital input could be reformed. The mechanism of internal economic growth should be fostered. The financial macro control mechanism should be perfected. |
