| Tiivistelmä: | The objectives of opening to the outside world in Northwest in the 1990s are 1) keeping opening to the outside world moderate, expecting that the total trade volume in import and export will reach US$4 billion and the introduced foreign capital US$500 million by the year 2000; 2) improving the structure of foreign trade and enlarging license trade and export of labor services; 3) making great efforts to open up markets in Asia-the Pacific region, East Soviet and the Middle East; 4) actively participating in international investment activities. |
