| Tiivistelmä: | In the course of foreign investment, there are three kinds of technological transfers (the advanced tech, the traditional tech and the appropriate tech) with different influences on the invested countries and different effects of technology-upgrading. For the first one kind of technological transfer, it aims at earning high monopolistic profits and so its influence on the technology-upgrading of the invested countries has indirect and backwardness. The second kind can make the invested countries get technical know-how and experiences. Besides, knowledge can be increased and popularized and a large number of redundant workers absorbed in the invested countries. The last one kind which adapts to the environmental conditions of the invested countries and can satisfy their technological needs in a correct way, can produce better results. |
