| Tiivistelmä: | After a decade of development, China's auction market has made great progress towards standardisation and legalisation in management. To make it more perfect, this paper raises the following suggestions: improving the environment of auction market and optimising its structure; implementing "Auction Law" to promote the standardised operation legally; perfecting the self-discipline mechanism of auction business and strengthening the management of self-discipline ; strengthening the management of auction of public property and the building of an honest and clean government; developing the talent strategy of auction business. |
