| Tiivistelmä: | The factors influencing China's monetary policy are as follows: The derived financial markets which may reduce the preventive demand for money and increase the speculative demand for money would produce a certain effect and even magnifying effect on the effectiveness of macro monetary policy. In the most cases, the influence brought by the government borrowing on money supply will possibly be expansion. The implementation of monetary policy will possibly meet with some resistance from policy oriented banks. In the long-run, the international idle funds have disturbed the financial order. Besides, other factors like the financial innovation, foreign exchange reserve, market integration and floating exchange rate system would also exert influence on monetary policy. |
