| Tiivistelmä: | Conditions are basically ripe for cultivating and developing China's investment bank. The realistic choice for it is to establish investment bank on the basis of reforming the existing securities companies. But there are still some difficulties in three aspects--ideology, system and securities dealers themselves in cultivating and developing China's investment bank. Only by further replenishing capital funds, cultivating the large-sized securities dealers, reforming the existing securities companies according to the modern enterprises system and strengthening the training of personnel and expanding overseas markets can the goal of establishing China's investment bank be realised. |
