| Tiivistelmä: | Reform of settlement and purchase of exchange system is the expression of fundamentals of market mechanism, an important component part of reform of foreign exchange management system and a major measure for steadily pushing forward free convertibility of the RMB as well. Such a reform has exerted great influence on the subject of transactions on foreign exchange market, risks of transactions and the future development. Especially,the Chinese funded enterprises are allowed to reserve a certain quota of foreign exchange income, which is conducive to strengthening their economic reckoning, reducing cost of production and business operation, eliminating the different treatment to them in settlement of exchange, thus perfecting the mechanisms of foreign exchange market operation and RMB exchange rate formation. |
