| Tiivistelmä: | Over a long period of time, China has regarded itself as a major importing nation. So in terms of import of cereal, it has taken the measures to increase or decrease the import margin according to the rise of fall in international price. Such measures, however, are inverse efficiency reaction and have led to enormous economic losses. As far as a cereal-importing nation is concerned, the evaluation of its own demand function would directly influence the policy decision on import. On the matter of import of cereal, over estimation of its own demand function is possibly one reason or the main reason for the appearance of inverse efficiency reaction on the world cereal market. |
