| Tiivistelmä: | Under market economy, the system risk of commercial banks is the market risk due to the competition in direct financing rather than credit risk. So during the period of economic transformation in China, the system risk of commercial banks has both the special credit risk under the traditional system and the market risk caused by the newly emerging market. To prevent the system risk of commercial banks, we must start with reform of regime. Besides, we must put stress on reform of property rights, strengthening the internal control system and governance structure in order to prevent and control financial risk. |
