| Tiivistelmä: | The emerging network banks will change the present structure of banks, the relationship between banks and clients and thus influence the structure and relationships of the whole society, which are closely related to money. Their appearance poses challenges to financial theory and financial supervision and management system and will exert influence on financial service structure, which we can not underestimate. The emerging network banks will break the traditional monopolistic status of banking industry and make client groups re-divided and business scope of banks repositioned. Network banks will also become the important condition for banks to attract the mainbody clients. |
