| Tiivistelmä: | During the period of economic transformation, the tasks of financial and taxation reform are to continuously perfect the financial management regime in a system of tax distribution, speed up the implemention of transfer payment system and conduct the reform of tax collection and management with an aim at pursuing reporting system, and service, management and supervision, check and organizational set up systems. Besides, the more important things to do are to unify understandings, perfect financial function, strengthen reform and management in a bid to make ministry of finance the government's comprehensive department with unified functions and authoritativeness. |
