| Tiivistelmä: | Under the condition of sustainable development, the technological route of operation of postal and telecommunication is to transform from the extensive production, business and management model to the intensive production, consumption and management model. The former is a model at a cost of damage of resources while the latter features modern information network. To standardize the system, the following should be done: 1. strengthen the construction of communication-related legal system and industrial management and rationally guide effective resource allocation; 2. enhance policy guidance to promote the sustainable development of postal and telecommunication resources; 3. make great efforts to innovate system so as to establish a green passage for the operation of postal and telecommunication resources. |
