| Tiivistelmä: | Proportional management of assets and liabilities has the following problems: contradictions between government and commercial banks; contradictions of symmetry between long-term and short-term assets and liabilities; contradictions between management by branch banks and implementation by subbranch banks; contractions of cooperation between specialized lines. Countermeasures to solve the above contradictions include the following items: utilizing the proportional index of deposits and loans to unite the management of other indexes; doing well in measuring and formulating all kinds of indexes about assets and liabilities; drawing up correct indexes for early warning; properly handling the relationship between government and commercial banks; paying attention to the symmetry between assets and liabilities;and so on. |
