| Tiivistelmä: | The mechanism by which the labour effects in foreign investment industry is formed is interwined in the two topical variables of the technology-transferring and the exemplary effect--inducing the local competition. By modifying the increment and stock directly or indirectly, it develops functions, which is always restrained by kinds of factors. The analysis of labour effects of the foreign industry in China indicates that the increased proportion of investment in the second and third industry by foreigners enlarges the industrial scale and perfects the structure of professions and products, which plays a significant role in improving the guality of our industries as a whole. And afterwards its related-effects are obvious; the effects of technical progress are also confirmed completely. |
