This has led the firm to be cautious with its foreign trade exposure. Helped by its financial advisers S. G. WARBURG, the company bought a special product called revolving swap. It combines short-term flexibility with a long-term duration. It is structured as a usual currency swap with LIBOR-based interest, but the firm can choose at short notice the date of opening or closing or reopening the commitment. |
