| Tiivistelmä: | State-owned enterprises suffer losses. This has to do not only with accounting but also with problems with the management mechanism and system of enterprises. Some accounting standards and methods stipulated by the accounting system itself provide a chance for enterprises to under rate expenses, increase nominal profits. Enterprises also can do so on purpose. Confusion of property rights relations of state-owned enterprises are the root of this problem. |
