| Tiivistelmä: | A team of Sociology Professors in ISCTE analysed the characteristics of Portuguese foremen, based on a sample of 283 foremen from 120 companies. The study pointed to a relatively old and unsatisfied group, with insufficient recognition from top management and lack of career planning but nevertheless favorable to change processes that are taking place, like introduction of new technologies or new management processes. |
