| Tiivistelmä: | The "Guangdong international trust investment corporation" was a "windows" to raise debts abroad. The crisis triggered by its debt problem did harm, to a certain degree, to China's international credit and pounded the banking market. After analyzing the present situation of China's foreign debt and its management, the paper proposes that a "Chinese committee of management supervision over the foreign debt "be set up to accommodate the market economy and reform, and its management pattern be concentrated and unified management. |
