| Tiivistelmä: | Effective participation by employees in the introduction of an integrated office information system will not be secured merely by the setting-up of an organizational framework in the form of participatory bodies. Management and EDP (electronic data processing) instructors must offer scope for participation and employees must be enabled to take advantage of the scope offered in an active way. The authors' concept is based on allocation of responsibilities which takes into consideration the emotional aspects of the process. They explain in detail the development of schemes to train managers, EDP instructors and employees to operate the system and to participate actively in its formation. |
