| Tiivistelmä: | First insufficient effective demand is the principal contradiction in the operation of macro-economy. To resolve the problem the government should start with increasing farmers' income as well as fiscal subsidies and rural investment. Second, enhancing structural conversion is the main point in carrying out the policy of probable sustained growth. We should firmly put it into practice that science and technology constitute a primary productive force, not only talk and shout slogans but without any action. Education should be cultivated and developed as a basic industry. Third, we should try to find the new point of integration of fiscal and monetary policy. For instance we can start collecting income tax. |
