| Tiivistelmä: | (1) Perfect the motive force mechanism for risk investment. Government offers financial support and add special technology input, provides favorable policies and lowers the tax rate of risk investment enterprises, offers loan guarantee for projects with moderate risk and bright market prospects. Government should also carry out direct purchase and aid of appropriation. (2) Create sources of risk investment. Government should trigger risk investment by making use of some resources, strengthen the role of stock market in stimulating risk investment, develop risk investment companies. (3) Provide favorable macroscopic environment for risk investment, perfect market structure, rear risk enterprises, develop investment banks and strengthen the construction of policies and laws. |
