| Tiivistelmä: | Overcapacity is a major cause for deflation. China's overcapacity firstly reflected on the remarkable improvement of potential output level in macro perspective, but actual output has been lower than potential output. Suggestions for administering deflation are as follows: (1) Adopt special monetary policy "non-inflation". (2) Properly confirm the structure of financial deficit and expand cyclical deficit. (3) Expand the scale of credit. (4) Make sound use of " currency" expenditure, and increase investment on " social software". |
