| Tiivistelmä: | The government is required to adjust the orientation of macro-economic policy in proper time under the condition of the insufficiency of significant demand in the consumer market at present, i.e. from 'proper contraction' to 'proper expansion'. It should take feasible measures to ensure the steady growth of the inhabitants' income, abolish some regulation resulted from the shortage economy constricting consumers, improve the financial service and develop greatly consumer credit, expand actively the consuming of service, spirit affairs and education and the rural market, and adjust faster the structure of industries with great effort. |
