| Tiivistelmä: | The cause why the successively lowering interest in the recent time achieved poor results is, the paper argues, that the savings, consumption and the interest-lowering level have a different nature from that in the west countries. The measures which should be taken include:establishing quickly the system of social security; improving the financial market;increasing the investment type; reducing the investment risks; enhancing the income level of the residents in the cities as well as the countryside; supporting the development of the private economy and paying attention to the adjustment of supply structure. |
