| Tiivistelmä: | Technology pathway of China transferred from protective non market-orientation into competitive market-orientation. This pathway is oriented by market demands, including domestic and foreign markets. The strategies are as follows:(1) Not only encourage government and public institutions to invest in Research and Development (R&D), but also encourage enterprises and private institutions to invest; (2) encourage domestic technique innovation, promote technique import, and reduces cost of import; (3) advocate market competition, and raise individual return; (4) promote the combination of production and study, and increase the transforming rate of technological results; and (5)bring the roles of NGOs into full play. |
