| Tiivistelmä: | Three opinions on current economic development are as follows: 1.Economic development should be achieved gradually. 2.The speed is not the most important. 3. Innovation of technology and products is the key. Policy measures for those are as the following: in accordance with the SOEs' reform, industrial enterprise capital should be sufficiently equipped; increase investments on transition of new technology; the central and local government should provide money for setting up some apartments; moderately devaluating RMB exchange rate, improving economic growth. |
