| Tiivistelmä: | At present emphasis should be given to two aspects in order to popularize consumer credit. First, we should, on the basis of the housing credit departments of all the commercial banks, establish housing savings and credit banks, building housing savings and credit into a complete system within themselves. We should integrate consumer credit with the funds got by selling public housing and also with the opening of the secondary market, try to establish a series of housing credit mechanism which can draw residents' interest. Second, we should unclog the channels of the consumer credit, establish and perfect urban and rural consumer credit network. |
