| Tiivistelmä: | 1.Citing the economic development model of special economic region, newly "special economic region" should be set up in the middle and west areas. 2.Development of the middle and west areas must be in line with their local actual situations, especially in accordance with their resource advantages, additionally, they should well map out the project planning. 3.The west areas should lay emphasis on issues regarding environmental pollution. Furthermore, it can be better if people migrate to towns, and thus, they can develop economy of towns and cities. 4.Resolve the issues on talents in the west areas. |
