| Tiivistelmä: | It is necessary and urgent to increase high-level processing industries in China's industrial structure. The reasons are that it is the only way to realize industrialization, the necessary demand of overcoming the constraint of resources and shifting the growth mode, and expanding opening to the outside world as well.
