| Tiivistelmä: | After the German unification the office and trade center building business is flourishing in the country. Building companies from all parts of the world present plans for such projects. Among the different ways of financing these building projects one is becoming very popular: that in which banks are not only creditors, but are active participants of the investment. However, these project, in which banks invest into huge office building projects and so take over claims and responsibilities , are associated with risks: the profit from sale or rent is not guaranteed. |
