| Tiivistelmä: | This article examines the relation between the willingness of workers to learn ICT-competences, the ICT-implementation strategy, and the organizations human resource management (HRM) practices. The authors develop a conceptual model to test their hypotheses with data collected from 733 Dutch employees working with ICT devices. |
