Tiivistelmä:This article investigates the question whether the human resource management practices of small businesses are socially responsibility or market driven, focusing the investigation on internal stakeholders, namely employees. For the analysis, semi-structured face-to-face interviews of the representatives of ten chosen small businesses were conducted. The interviews were focused on the small businesses' HR priorities, motivations and financial contribution to social responsibility (SR).
