| Tiivistelmä: | This article studies transnational companies(TNCs) and the formation of global skill webs. The paper utilizes the results of a research on 30 TNCs in different countries. The findings suggests that skill webs are becoming increasingly important and strategic in character as many firms seek competitive advantage by transferring high-skilled jobs to low-cost regions. |
