| Tiivistelmä: | The article discusses the differences, similarities, and developments of the south-eastern European HRM practices. The findings reveal that many economies in south-eastern Europe are in transition. Large companies are usually more strictly bound by regulation than smaller ones, and often adopt new practices from abroad. However, ties and networks remain important. |
