| Tiivistelmä: | China's money supply contains three levels, that is, Mo, cash in circulation , M1, money and M2, quasi-money. Today when the degree of monetarism has been raised continuously, the monitoring value of M0 in the macro monitoring system has decreased. M1, however, may likely become the intermediary target of monetary policy for it can exert important influence on economic growth, price level and employment. The growth of M2 may be either the result of changes in the growth rate of savings deposit or the result of credit expansion. This is associated with China's monetary operation and its monetary policy. |
