| Tiivistelmä: | In this paper, the issue of economic growth rate limit is studied from the angle of substantial evidence analysis and the following ideas are given: 1)Currently, the upper limit of the national economic growth rate is around 13%. By then, the currency supply will have no propelling impact on economic growth and the whole economy will present a status of a relatively full employment. 2)The presence of upper limit is basically caused by the weak position of agriculture being the foundation of the economy, which leads to the unbalance of the economic structure. To solve the above problems, the agricultural production pattern should be transformed, and, at the same time, agriculture, light and heavy industries should be well coordinated in proportion for further development and the population quality should be upgraded too. |
