Tiivistelmä:Disruptive organizational change is often needed with implementation (hereafter as: impl.) of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The outcome of impl. is largely determined by the resolution of misalignment (here as: m-algmt./m-algmts.) problems. Based on data from a case study to understand the m-algmts. of ERP adoption with the associated change dynamics from a stage view, this study's results reveal that industry-, company-, and regulation specific m-algmts. often occur in the chartering phase. M-algmts. of input, output, data, process, control, and schedule are the major problems in the project phase. M-algmts. of information and new business requirements are the main concerns in the shakedown phase and onward and upward phase. The cascading effects of m-algmts. and change actions are illustrated, the m-algmt. resolution strategies examined with discussion.
