| Tiivistelmä: | For companies that want to be sucessful in an increasingly competitive environment it is of vital importance to be lean, slim and fit. The concept of lean management is adopted to the office and administrative area. It is shown how the development of tasks, markets and employees can be seen as a focus of lean office management. In this context "lean" does not mean "emaciated to the bones", but "muscular and fit". Some practical principles, strategies and techniques of lean office management are described. Some clues for introduction and some future of this subject are presented. |
