| Tiivistelmä: | A standard enterprise has following 5 characteristics: enterprise becomes real corporation; property rights belong to enterprise; it shoulders its own losses and gains; its liabilities are limited; it operates independently. To set up modern enterprise system, it is imperative to reform enterprise system which all assets are owned only by the state. The main body of China's social ownership structure should be public ownership in macroscopic and should be enterprise ownership in micro- cosmic. Enterprise should own corporate property rights that are independent of investor's ownership. We should also breakdown difficulties in policy, such as restricting enterprises, internal property rights system, leadership system, etc. Governments should reform themselves. |
