| Tiivistelmä: | The paper analyses three models of the bubble economy. It holds that besides mistakes in economic policies, loopholes of various systems and rules and regulations, manmade speculative mentality and financial disorder are also conditions for the appearance of the bubble economy. Stock craze and real estate craze that appeared in 1992 all have elements of the bubble economy. The author puts forward countermeasures. |
