| Tiivistelmä: | The paper suggests that Q-analysis, an algebraic language of relations, can aid the reader to express his or her sense of the organization of textual systems. While briefly introducing some key notions of Q-analysis and applying it to different texts, the author arrives at the conclusion that Q-analysis is not a substitute for interpretive work but it may help to discern all the possible ramifications of a text structure. |
