| Tiivistelmä: | The recession has been the cause of a considerable number of disputes between franchisors and franchises. Litigating those disputes has shown up a number of defects in some of the standard form agreements being used. In this article the authors suggests a few pitfalls to avoid. The author also notes an important recent Court of Appeal decision which affects the "no deduction or set-off" clause found in many agreements. |
